Computer Vision Syndrome
Computer vision syndrome (CVS) is a condition that is caused by prolonged focusing on a computer monitor. It affects people who spend at least two hours a day using a computer, resulting ina range of temporary symptoms.
The symptoms of CVS include headache, tiredness, difficulty focusing, blurred vision, dry eyes, eye strain, and neck pains. These symptoms are exaggerated by poor lighting conditions, dry air and excessive air movement.
